Solution

Our associated lawyers in Spain can take on any of the following: -

• Administer the entire estate in Spain if there is: -

1. A Spanish Will covering the assets, without an accompanying English Will, or

2. An English Will with no corresponding Spanish Will, or

3. Neither English nor Spanish Will

• Establish ownership and succession issues as appropriate

• Pay all outstanding utility bills and local taxes and get charges lifted from the property

• Ensure Spanish Inheritance is paid

• Convey the property to its rightful heirs

• Pass details on to the Executors of the estate in this country so that probate can be finalised.

All with the minimum of hassle and delay.
