1. A Spanish Will covering the assets, without an accompanying English Will, or

2. An English Will with no corresponding Spanish Will, or

3. Neither English nor Spanish Will

• Establish ownership and succession issues as appropriate

• Pay all outstanding utility bills and local taxes and get charges lifted from the property

• Ensure Spanish Succession Tax is paid

• Convey the property to its rightful heirs

• Liaise with the executors or legal representative outside Spain.
